There was a long battle with this butterfly. He waited until i got him in focus and just as I was about to release the shutter he was gone again. Finally decided to stop toying with me and stay in one place.

After a great tragedy in Ohio it prompted me to go back and look at some of the work I had done previously with these gorillas. The portrait is so stunning I believe he was cheesing for this shot.

Spring is always a great time to be outside. The blooms were in full effect this day.

I wanted to mimic the detail of the flower in a Georgia O'Keefe man, showing off the curves and folds.

This young-ling startled me. I was being ever so quiet shooting more of his herd when he appeared on my left curious what I was doing. The more curious he got the more I knew it was time to move!

I love the unique, and strange, nature of the Chameleon. It colors were so vibrant against the muted background.
